You have one chance to make a first impression.
Employees must adhere to the following dress code:

Blue or black shorts to the knee or long pants
Running shoes with good grip must be worn at all times. You are only permitted to take shoes off if the customer has a no-shoes in their house policy.
Clean and tidy grooming, no rips, tears, holes & stains
Hair tied back - if it is long enough to put in a ponytail, it must be tied back
Minimal jewellery (1cm hoops or studs, small religious necklace tucked into shirt, wedding ring/band)
Always take a water bottle - not glass.
Contractors must agree to the following minimum requirements:
Professional presentation
T-shirt: No gaping or exposing tops.
No skirts and dresses. We suggest shorts to the knee or pants.
Modest clothing
Clean and tidy grooming
No rips, tears, holes & stains
Running shoes must be worn at all times. No bare feet, thongs or sandals.
We request a minimum of one week's notice to reassign jobs that you can no longer complete due to another appointment or holidays. Please always check the jobs assigned to you on our bookings system app in the week ahead and give us ample notice to replace you.
Always call us if you cannot complete a job in the next 24 hours. If your call is not answered you can send an SMS however please check for a reply and acknowledgment that we have received your message and that we will reassign the job.
If you cannot make a job the next day or the same day and it is outside of business hours, call the after-hours emergency contact number.
We value and appreciate working with people that don't reschedule frequently, because our customers like consistency.

Our job sites are strictly drug and alcohol-free.
Before and during jobs: Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your work agreement.
Cigarette smoking at our clients premises is strictly prohibited. Please make sure you leave our clients premises before smoking. We suggest chewing mints before starting the next job.
