Customers receive an email to rate your clean. They'll choose between the options shown here. You will receive an email copy of their rating.
We only continue to work with cleaners rated 4 stars or above. If your score drops below 4 stars, you may be given three cleans to improve your score.
Other feedback may come in via phone call, email or in person.
We reserve the right to quality check your work at any time, especially following a complaint.
We only hire experienced cleaners and we only continue working with cleaners with good initiative, communication, safety and attention to detail.
We reserve the right not to offer further training to improve your cleaning standard if we think that you are lacking in any of the above skills.

Customer Requests
Some customers may ask you to do a bit of extra work occasionally, which is great if possible. However, please note that in order to get paid for the work, the office needs to be informed that you will be doing extra time and that the client has requested it. Likewise, if you feel you need extra time to do the job requested of you, in the set time given, please call the office to ask the client if they would pay for extra time to get that job done. So if a client ever asks you to do extra work, or you feel there is not enough time allocated to do what is required please call the office and ask for confirmation first. That way you will ensure you get paid for any extra time you work.
