We aim to be a model business for the cleaning industry. We do this by:
Putting our people first; Cleaners are the core people in this company. We support their right to fair wages, we value work-life balance and we know that our team's happiness = our customer's happiness. We believe that we can put our people first and still be a customer-centric company.
Putting the planet front and centre; the welfare of the planet is close to our heart and we consider the planet in all that we do. We use low-tox products, we reuse, repair and recycle, we do not unnecessarily commute to an office, we are paperless, and we are always striving to do better.
3. Aiming to be the leading provider of high-quality domestic and commercial cleaning services in Eastern Australia; we strive to offer more training, more quality checking, to be amazing communicators, to be known for our wonderful people, and to continually improve customer happiness.
