We use Launch27 as our bookings/rostering system and will schedule your jobs using it.

How to use Launch 27

You can also use the website to login to the Launch27 bookings system and see your schedule.
The online login is at:

Other things you need to do:
Everyone:
✔️ Sign your contract (Hopefully, you did this in step one of the email we sent you)
✔️ Download Google Chats for Android or Apple so you can be added to our company-wide chat and site specific chats. You will need a Google account - this is a requirement of employment.
✔️ Complete your induction quiz
Employees:
✔️ Fill in your employment form (link in the email we sent you, hopefully already done)
✔️ Set up your Launch27 account (wait for your invitation email)
✔️ Get your cleaning kit if you are working at a site that needs one.
Contractors:
✔️ Fill in your Contractor Details form, set your pay rates and other conditions (link in the email we sent you, hopefully already done)
✔️ Set up your Launch27 account (wait for your invitation email)
✔️ Make sure your cleaning kit is complete and that you are using tools/products that wont cause damages.
Cleaning Kit
Cleaning Kit
Some staff will receive a cleaning kit. Others will only be working at sites that have kits at them. This will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Note: In order to decrease our negative impact on the waterways, we have replaced cream bleach with dish soap. Cream bleach was used for the inside of toilet bowls, dish soap is clean and green and it does the job just fine!
Reimbursements for Employees
As an employee we will reimburse you for certain things you are required to buy when working for us.
As an employee we will provide your cleaning kit and reimburse you for buying certain products in the kit that need replacing. Please see the list of products below that are approved for reimbursement.
